TAngo for Two
Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 7:30pm
Union Hill Park, Alpharetta
Experience a tango dance class at 6:30pm with professional dancers,
and then enjoy food and slushies from two awesome vendors.
¡Bailar! End the season with us and with two fantastic local soloists - violinist Alice Hong and pianist/composer Julio Caesar Barreto. Hong will make her second Alpharetta Symphony appearance with a Latin-inspired version of The Four Seasons by Vivaldi. Barreto, pianist and composer-in-residence of the Atlanta Pops, reveals a new composition that combines dance elements from styles of Afro-Cuban, Afro-Peruvian, Argentinian, Mexican, and Brazilian music. Dance with us as we close a monumental season under the baton of conductor Michael Giel!
