The AlphaSO, like many non-profit organizations, relies heavily on volunteers to support the needs of the orchestra. From serving on the board, to assisting with ticket sales, providing marketing assistance, distributing programs at concert events, or helping set up or break down a stage - there are many opportunities for you to be a part of our organization, even if you do not play an instrument!
How Can I Assist?
The gift of your time and abilities to the Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra is vital to supporting the orchestra in bringing a quality music experience to our patrons, musicians, and the greater community. The AlphaSO relies on volunteers like you to meet our operational needs. We greatly appreciate any support you can provide to our orchestra.
You don't need to have a musical background or play an instrument to have a role in our orchestra. Do you have experience in database management? Marketing? Events management? Can you greet concert attendees and help them find seating? Do you have a truck that could carry percussion instruments to concert venues? Are you available to copy or sort music? Do you need volunteer hours as a requirement for another organization?
